MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE

We pride ourselves in the availability and accessibility of our management team! We are here to ensure your experience is as wonderful as possible with friendly team members ready to assist!

Tuscany Square offers a team of maintenance professionals and an after-hours emergency maintenance line to call for emergencies.

Our service technicians are able to provide assistance while you're enjoying life in Dallas! You do not need to be present for your maintenance request to be addressed, but if you would prefer to be there, you're more than welcome.

We ask that all maintenance requests are submitted through your resident portal. If you need assistance completing this, our team is happy to help.

If you find yourself locked out during business hours, stop by our office, call our leasing team, or submit a help request online! If you are locked out after hours, contact a locksmith if necessary.

AMENITIES

Tuscany Square has open parking, covered, and garage parking available for residents, so your arrival home is even easier. 

Our apartments in Dallas offer the amenities that provide you with the activities you love. Spend your Saturday morning reading a new book by the pool, and easily accomplish your fitness goals at the fitness center. When you need to soothe sore muscles or just unwind in the hot tub! 

Tuscany Square is proudly pet-friendly! We permit dogs and cats, and up to 2 pets per home. Contact our leasing team with any questions about weight requirements or pet rent!

Your new home will have a fully furnished kitchen including refrigerator, microwave, stove, and dishwasher. Full-size washer/dryer connections are also included for your convenience.

Our Dallas apartments are unfurnished, meaning they are a blank canvas for you to create. Fill your space with what matters most.

ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEASING

We aim to approve all applications within 48 hours. If you have questions about the status of your application, please call or email our leasing team!

At Tuscany Square, paying rent is made easy. You can choose to make your payments online with a bank account, debit, or credit card, or our office team is able to accept personal checks or cashier's checks!

When living at Tuscany Square, renters' insurance is required. We offer a damage waiver program for all our residents, or you may supply your own 3rd-party policy. For more information on renters' insurance, contact our leasing team, who would be happy to discuss!

For internet and cable the property is prewired with Spectrum for your cable and high-speed internet!

If your situation changes, we offer buy-out options with a lease termination fee! When you need our assistance, please call our leasing team to discuss your options for leasing changes.

Tuscany Square will provide utility set-up information prior to moving into your new home!

At Tuscany Square, residents are responsible for paying all utilities. You are able to pay your monthly utility bill along with your rent through our online portal for added convenience!

LOCATION AND DIRECTIONS

The Dallas location of Tuscany Square offers excellent access to public transportation options so you can easily explore the newest hotspots in the area!

Great schooling and education are right around the corner, as we are located in Carrollton Farmers Branch Independent School District.

Stop by and find your new home! Tuscany Square is north of the George Bush Tollway. From the tollway, exit Marsh Lane and go South, then turn left on Timberglen Road, and our community will be on your left-hand side.  We look forward to meeting you. 

Local shopping, dining, and entertainment surrounds the community, located just minutes away from the heart of Addison.

FOR FUTURE RESIDENTS

To apply for your new home at Tuscany Square, visit our Floor Plans page or select the Apply Now link at the top of the page.

When reviewing an application to rent at Tuscany Square, we conduct identity verification, a criminal background check, verify rental history, analyze credit history, and income-to-rent ratio. If you have questions about our application process, please review our Rental Criteria located in the Apply Now section of our website, or feel free to contact our leasing team to speak with one of our friendly team members.

Applicants must have verifiable income equal to or greater than 3 times (gross) the market rent. Guarantors must have original, verifiable income equal to or greater than 6 times (gross market rent). For additional information, please refer to the Rental Criteria under the Apply Now section of our website.

Rental qualification is at least 12 months of verifiable 3rd-party rental or mortgage payment history.

Our property uses Nova to verify income. If no records are found using this software, you may be asked to provide two other verification methods, such as banking information or past pay stubs, to validate income.

Our system generates a risk vs credit score. Bankruptcies, judgments, and balance(s) owed to other management may cause an applicant to be denied.

You have picked a wonderful place for your first home! At Tuscany Square, we are so excited to welcome you into our tight-knit community with all the features you're sure to love.

If your new home is fully ready, we are happy to show it to you, or you are welcome to come take a tour of our model homes! Call our property staff to arrange the best time so there is no wait and enough time to answer any questions you have about your new home!

Our team suggests making a previously arranged appointment to prevent any wait time and to make sure all your questions about these Dallas apartments are addressed. However, we do also accept walk-ins.

We do not offer self-guided tours at this time, but we are more than happy to show you around during office hours.

Of course! We can send you a link to verify your ID and gather all information before you arrive. This will allow us to immediately take you on a tour of our beautiful community.

For the safety and security of our property, team, and residents, photo ID is required for anyone taking a tour.

Your apartment will be prepped and ready for you to move in. We make sure your home is professionally cleaned, painted, and functioning properly so that when you move in, you're ready to relax at home.

Our community is located in Dallas, close to Addison nightlife, and due to the urban environment, noise levels are expected to be moderate.

We want our residents to make their space feel like home. There are guidelines as to what is permitted. If you have questions about decoration ideas, call the leasing office for details!

Residents are responsible for paying monthly fees. Please contact the office for more details.

Subletting and short-term rentals such as Airbnb, VRBO, etc., are strictly prohibited.

We want Tuscany Square to be as peaceful for all our residents as possible! Building quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. All of our community spaces are ready for your use without any charges!
