I have been living at Tuscany for about a month and so far my experience has been great. Kassandra Mancilla, the leasing agent has been awesome from the start and she did an excellent job walking me through the application & move-in process. Ashley Guy, Assistant Community Manager had done a fabulous job with the move-in repairs in my unit and it is clear that she is passionate about her work and knowledgeable about the steps needed to accomplish the task.

Review

Tuscany Square Apartments has been so great in being one of our first apartments we can call home since making the big move!!! They have been so accommodating in working with my husband and I from updating our lease before we moved it to select specifically a first floor apartment we were looking for. As well as adding our dog to the lease too and they are animal friendly! When I was searching for places to live other apartments were either too expensive for the location it was in, not very good amenities, bad neighborhood, expensive pet rent/fees, or the office staff never bothered to make contact. I’ve worked with the manager Veronica, Cassandra, and Chet who gave us our keys on move in day. They are so friendly and have answered all my questions! The complex is quiet, busy road (but that is expected at night time), amazing pool, gym, parcel package lockers, and covered parking. I love that we have a courtesy DPD officer on the premises because it makes me feel safe. Everyone seems to be friendly here and a major plus is that any request for maintenance issues are minor which are fixed on same day! I feel like we made such a great choice in moving here!!! Thank you for making this a great place to call home :)

Went to the leasing office to print something and even though there was no one there, was very impressed by the measures taken by the complex in regards to the current pandemic. There was a temperature check and a hand sanitizer at the entrance. Also the convenience of having to pay with a CC without extra charge is very helpful. Just an update, I moved out of the apartments and the process was smooth. I returned my keys last minute but the manager was very professional and helpful. The move out fees were not bad either. Very reasonable. The location of this apartment complex is great as well. 15 minutes from all the fancy hangout spots.

I lived here for 2yrs and I just signed my 3rd yr renewal lease. This is my 1st apartment that I've ever lived in and I absolutely love living here. I fell in love with the open floor plan and how spacious it feels for a 1 bedroom apartment. The office team, Jordan and Veronica has always been extremely helpful with any concerns I might have, that made me feel even more Welcomed and Safe to live here at Tuscany Square. The maintenance team is amazing as well. Everything is always taken care of by the time I get home from work, which is FANTASTIC!! I really love living here and I look forward to living at Tuscany Square for many years to come. Update: 6yrs later, I am still a Happy tenant. I really want to Thank the office Team and Senior Community Manager Chet for arranging the replacement of my deteriorating fence. As you can see from the picture I posted, it looks beautiful and I'm really happy with the quality and craftsmanship.

3 Month Update: Still great so far, the office staff are awesome and Chet is one of if not the best manager of an apartment complex that I've ever had to deal with. The rest of the staff are great as well, and extremely helpful for any issues or questions that come up. I'll definitely renew my lease here when the time comes. Original Review: I don't usually write reviews, good or bad. But sometimes the service and quality of life is so great that you feel compelled to speak about it and that's what I'm doing now. Tuscany Square is awesome. Hands down. The staff have been super helpful with my move-in, and so far living here has been a pretty great time! The neighbors are friendly, it's not too loud, the property isn't littered with trash and animal droppings everywhere, and of course the easy access to a ton of restaurants and retail stores nearby. I had a small issue with some of my outlets not working, and maintenance was there same day to fix it up (it was just my GFI plug, should've thought of that myself but they didn't seem to mind!) I think the only negative thing I could say about this place is how close together the parking spots under the carport are, but that's not enough to warrant a star being removed. That's it. I've been here about three weeks now, and I think Tuscany Square is going to be the place I call home for awhile.

Awesome Visit To Property

I recently visited family for the holidays and encounter many wonderful people especially the young maintenance man. He went out of his way to point into the right direction back to my families apartment and let me know if I needed anything else during my stay to let them know. I do believe his name was Daniel. Beautiful court yard especially the waterfall in the pool. Friendly residences. My families new apartment was very nicely done. Looked liked a brand new apartment. Considering moving to the location. 8 Years here and it definitely feels like Home.

Love the whole maintenance team and office staff. The maintenance staff here really cares about their job and it shows in the quality of their work. Great attitudes. They always seem like they truly care about whatever your maintenance issue is and fixing it. After 8 years here I can say they are a good crew right now. Had a issue with the AC vents throughout the woke apartment. It was addressed within days of me reporting it. All new vents and they even cleaned out the air ducts. That’s what I call service. Also, I like their online maintenance reporting system and rental payment portal. Very easy to use.

Lived here for 2 yrs. management is excellent! No issue with bugs, if something was wrong, maintenance was extremely fast correcting issue. Only reason I moved was because Covid, I lost my job. Otherwise I woulda easily signed another lease here. You won’t regret moving here

I visited last week and absolutely adored this community. The location is great and the easy access to the freeway is a plus. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The best thing is that if they don't have what you need they offer you many other options with their sister properties, and a few are down the street!

I moved here 7 months ago and am loving my stay here so far. The staff and maintenance are friendly and maintenance requests are done quickly. It's quiet for the most part and feels safe. I've never seen any huge cockroaches which is a plus bc I've seen them at every other apt I've lived in (even in Uptown). Prices are very reasonable, the best I was able to find for the value. The pool is very nice and well kept, love the rock waterfall! My only complaint would be guest parking can be difficult to find at times (especially since everyone has been home due to covid). But overall, am very pleased with these apartments!

Although my Move in Date is still April 4, 2020, I'm already loving this apartment complex. A great price (considering the nearby apartment prices), lovely neighborhood. And beautiful amenities. Also they have got good staffs, they show me around 2 different times, and been so kind to me. I'm yet to move in and I do visit the apartment and drive around almost every day. I saw the model and one of the things I love is the Mirror on the bedroom wall. I asked if the same was install on my (Future) Bedroom apartment. They said yes. For some reasons I doubt it. But I really hope its does. I am looking forward to moving to this beautiful apartment. Considering that I'm coming out from the most Trashy apartment in my entire life. (CITY Limits).

I've been living here for a couple of years now, I actually was referred by my sister (who lived here for three years before moving out) and it is a nice, quiet apartment and the nicest around honestly. Nestled near PGBT and DNT it is easy to get to places and shopping for groceries is near. I live on the third floor and love vaulted ceilings, the noise is an issue but that's because of dumb teenagers revving their cars thinking they are cool. Never had an issue with tenants and only once had an issue at the pool in the beginning of summer when 20 youth teens (who obviously dont live there) came. The on site security and PD resolved that quickly. Quiet complex, respectful tenants and lovely staff!
