downs, with it all said; as long as Mayra Aguirre is in that office, I would say you are making a good call on Tuscany Square. This review will be a bit long, but its probably going to be the most accurate one you read. First let me preface by saying you get what you pay for. Tuscany Square does not promote itself as a luxury apartment or anything more than your average apartment. The pricing is completely fair for the market, you wont find much bigger or nicer for a better price. The square footage to price ratio as of writing this is $1.67 per square foot, by comparison of local apartment, its about the standard for that area right now. Parking – 3/5 When you sign a lease, you should probably read it. If you got towed, its your fault. The rules of parking were explicit. I don’t really care if it was predatory. I had a guest get towed 12 minutes after their time expired, still not the apartments fault. Were they quick to speed dial a tow truck, yeah, but the rules were written, you initialed and signed next to them, don’t be surprised. Double edged sword, thanks to how quick they were to tow violators, you usually didn’t have to worry about non residents parking in your spaces. Gym – 2/5 Toward the beginning of my lease, the equipment was outdated, toward the end of my lease, most of it was broken. It was better to just get a gym membership. Pool – 4/5 The pool was always kept in good condition. They had issues with tenants and they addressed them as well as they could. There were constant updates on pool policy and as a whole they handle this well Gates – 1/5 My clicker never worked ( I went through 3), the port to put in the code was too small to fit a car, and the gates were always broken. Unit – 5/5 This is a 5/5 because its what was shown, it uses its space well and its what you should expect. Appliances – 4/5 There was some wear and tear from 18 months of use. My only complaint was that the dishwasher never worked and unfortunately I was unable to communicate the issue with management/maintenance after multiple request I just stopped trying. The water from my disposal was backing up into it making it smell like rotten fish and making dishes dirtier. All they would do is come turn it on and say “look, standing waters gone” Maintenance – 4/5 This is unfair.. these guys are 5/5 but unfortunately I couldn’t communicate with them effectively. I do not speak spanish and this directly correlated to the ineffective "fix" to the dishwasher. Otherwise though... these dudes brought the A game every time. Requests were done same day, and they always did great. Management/Office - 5/5 Mayra is the single most effective community manager in the city of Dallas. She was quick to respond, on top of every issue and always available. The staff was also great. We had someone misplace our 60 day notice, but 1 issue in 18 months is not fair to drop to 4/5 Pest - 2/5 I have to mention this. We had a cockroach issue. Mayra handled it well, and it appeared we were the only ones who complained in my building. This is mixed for me. On one hand, Mayra was seriously on top of it, like we had daily communication and pest control out weekly. On the other, its never good to have pest. As a whole it was unfortunate that we dealt with it, but Management did everything in their power to fix it. Community - 5/5 There was literally nothing wrong with the community. Nothing ever happened here except like once and they sent out a notification about it immediately. As a whole, this place is a good spot if you want something you can live in or if you are trying to save some money for something bigger. Its an apartment, your going to hear a neighbor speak loudly from time to time or a footstep. You will experience this problem wherever you go, stop lying to yourself and saying you never heard a single noise in any place you've ever lived ever. Do yourself a favor and sign a lease with them, Mayra will take care of you

If you follow what few rules are asked of you, and make what adjustments you need to for the stricter parking requirements, you'll see that they work and are of lasting positive value for you as a resident. Veronica is real gem. She has helped me since I first moved into Tuscany Square Apts in August of 2021. She is the consummate professional, always makes the effort to address whatever questions or problems arise, pays attention to detail, never complains, always exhibits the utmost patience, and is a credit to this management team and the apartment leasing profession in general. The same goes for Mayra who recently became manager. With these two you'll be secure in knowing you're getting all the information you seek and all the options available. I might add, that between hand-delivering my rent check and retrieving packages from the mail center in the gym attached behind, I'm usually in the leasing office several times a month and I've never seen or heard of any tenant, worker, or customer ever treated with anything but the utmost courtesy and respect by Mayra, Veronica, and this staff. The same may be said of the maintenance crew who are all hard workers, friendly, considerate, and do their best repairing what is an aging but generally well-built complex. If you file a maintenance request on-line as required when a problem arises, they usually get on it the very next day. I'm retired and turn 70 this year. I live alone. I know from experience how difficult some tenants and some leasing professionals can be. I rented my first apartment in 1972 and have rented many more since and I cannot say the things I'm posting here about the leasing office staff and the maintenance crew of most of all the rest. So, thank you, Tuscany Square !

and maintenance have always been on top of tenants request. One thing I can say is that, management is easy to engage with and communicate simple issues that are resolved quickly within a timely manner. We have been through several Managers, but Chet and and Mayra have been the most productive, consistent, and interactive Managers on site thus far.

for about 5 minutes because I had to wait and the tow truck was there immediately. I just didn’t like the towing service policies. The gym was ok but about 4 gym machines were out of order. The women in in the office were always friendly and helpful. The private jets flying by are a bit noisy because a small airport is very close.

Tuscany Square Apartments has been so great in being one of our first apartments we can call home since making the big move!!! ... They have been so accommodating in working with my husband and I from updating our lease before we moved it to select specifically a first floor apartment we were looking for. As well as adding our dog to the lease too and they are animal friendly! When I was searching for places to live other apartments were either too expensive for the location it was in, not very good amenities, bad neighborhood, expensive pet rent/fees, or the office staff never bothered to make contact. I’ve worked with the manager Veronica, Cassandra, and Chet who gave us our keys on move in day. They are so friendly and have answered all my questions! The complex is quiet, busy road (but that is expected at night time), amazing pool, gym, parcel package lockers, and covered parking. I love that we have a courtesy DPD officer on the premises because it makes me feel safe. Everyone seems to be friendly here and a major plus is that any request for maintenance issues are minor which are fixed on same day! I feel like we made such a great choice in moving here!!! taken by the complex in regards to the current pandemic. There was a temperature check and a hand sanitizer at the entrance. Also the convenience of having to pay with a CC without extra charge is very helpful. Just an update, I moved out of the apartments and the process was smooth. I returned my keys last minute but the manager was very professional and helpful. The move out fees were not bad either. Very reasonable. The location of this apartment complex is great as well. 15 minutes from all the fancy hangout spots.

love living here. I fell in love with the open floor plan and how spacious it feels for a 1 bedroom apartment. The office team, Jordan and Veronica has always been extremely helpful with any concerns I might have, that made me feel even more Welcomed and Safe to live here at Tuscany Square. The maintenance team is amazing as well. Everything is always taken care of by the time I get home from work, which is FANTASTIC!! I really love living here and I look forward to living at Tuscany Square for many years to come. Update: 6yrs later, I am still a Happy tenant. I really want to Thank the office Team and Senior Community Manager Chet for arranging the replacement of my deteriorating fence. As you can see from the picture I posted, it looks beautiful and I'm really happy with the quality and craftsmanship.

I'll definitely renew my lease here when the time comes. Original Review: I don't usually write reviews, good or bad. But sometimes the service and quality of life is so great that you feel compelled to speak about it and that's what I'm doing now. Tuscany Square is awesome. Hands down. The staff have been super helpful with my move-in, and so far living here has been a pretty great time! The neighbors are friendly, it's not too loud, the property isn't littered with trash and animal droppings everywhere, and of course the easy access to a ton of restaurants and retail stores nearby. I had a small issue with some of my outlets not working, and maintenance was there same day to fix it up (it was just my GFI plug, should've thought of that myself but they didn't seem to mind!) I think the only negative thing I could say about this place is how close together the parking spots under the carport are, but that's not enough to warrant a star being removed. That's it. I've been here about three weeks now, and I think Tuscany Square is going to be the place I call home for awhile.

I recently visited family for the holidays and encounter many wonderful people especially the young maintenance man. 8 Years here and it definitely feels like Home.
Love the whole maintenance team and office staff. The maintenance staff here really cares about their job and it shows ... in the quality of their work. Great attitudes. They always seem like they truly care about whatever your maintenance issue is and fixing it. After 8 years here I can say they are a good crew right now. Had a issue with the AC vents throughout the woke apartment. It was addressed within days of me reporting it. All new vents and they even cleaned out the air ducts. That’s what I call service.
